ICETC 2022 (Waseda University, Japan)

The International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications (ICETC), organized by the IEICE Communication Society, was held from November 29th to December 1st, 2022 at Waseda University. It was my first visit to the Waseda Campus of Waseda University.

The venue, Masaru Ibuka Memorial Hall, was a splendid place. Here, I gave an oral presentation.

During my free time, I took a walk around the campus. On campus, large new buildings coexist with beautiful historic buildings.

On the Waseda campus is a museum dedicated to the history, research, and theater of Waseda University. This theater museum was holding a special exhibition about movies that appear in novels by Haruki Murakami, a Japanese famous writer. All the museums were worth seeing and all were free to enter. Photography is not allowed inside the museum, therefore I took a closer look. It was fun.
